Robotic mowers are built for years of quiet, daily operation. AutoMow provides diagnostics, repair, and replacement for most major brands, and we coordinate manufacturer warranty claims when applicable. Most systems include 2–3 years of manufacturer coverage, and covered repairs are typically paid by the manufacturer for materials/workmanship issues under normal use. Outside of warranty, we confirm options and pricing before work begins. Many “unexpected behavior” reports can be resolved quickly using a map screenshot, error code, or short video, so you spend less time troubleshooting and more time mowing. When an on-site visit is needed, we schedule it with a clear plan and next step.
