This page explains how cancellations, shipping issues, DOA/transit damage, and the AutoMow BotSwap Guarantee work for equipment sold by AutoMow. BotSwap is a dealer program designed to correct system fit; it is not a general refund policy.

1) Cancellations Before Shipment

Unshipped orders may be cancelled for a refund prior to fulfillment. Once an order ships (or is scheduled for delivery/installation), it is no longer considered “unshipped.”

2) Shipping Delays

If AutoMow cannot ship within the stated timeframe, AutoMow will contact the customer with the option to approve a revised ship date or cancel for a refund prior to shipment.

3) Delivered Returns (Unused / Uninstalled)

Returns (if approved) must be requested within the stated window and returned complete with accessories and packaging unless AutoMow approves otherwise. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law or explicitly stated in writing by AutoMow.

4) DOA / Transit Damage (48-Hour Rule)

DOA / Transit Damage: Customer must inspect delivered items promptly and report shipping damage, missing parts, or “dead-on-arrival” issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the packaging, labels, and product condition. AutoMow may require return of the unit and packaging for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund. If damage is caused by carrier handling, remedies may be conditioned on carrier claim requirements and timely evidence. BSG -

If validated as DOA/transit damage, AutoMow will coordinate the remedy (replacement/return logistics as applicable).

5) BotSwap Guarantee (Dealer Program — Exchange Only)

What BotSwap Is

BotSwap is an exchange-only dealer program intended to correct equipment fit/alignment when a system cannot achieve baseline operational performance on the customer’s property after reasonable troubleshooting. BotSwap is not a refund program.

BotSwap Window

BotSwap must be initiated within 18 days of confirmed delivery (carrier delivery confirmation is the reference point).

BotSwap Eligibility Requirements

Eligibility requires: good-faith participation in diagnostics — site conditions consistent with manufacturer specifications — no physical damage/misuse/unauthorized modification — unit returned in resellable condition (as determined upon inspection).

AutoMow may require specific troubleshooting steps (including screenshots/photos/videos, requested logs the customer can provide, and basic configuration checks) before approving a swap.

When AutoMow May Require Installation/Configuration

If repeated configuration errors, improper setup, or site readiness issues materially contribute to performance concerns, AutoMow may require professional installation or configuration as a condition of exchange.

Remedy Options Under BotSwap

Approved BotSwap results in: exchange for the same model or exchange for a comparable/alternate model (including a different brand or a system upgrade such as an RTK tower) with price adjustment as applicable.

Upgrade / Downgrade Price Adjustments

Upgrade: if a higher-priced model is selected, the price difference must be paid before the replacement ships.

Downgrade: if a lower-priced model is selected, store credit (not cash refund) may be issued after inspection of the returned unit.

Freight Responsibility (Swaps)

Unless validated as DOA/transit damage: customer is responsible for return freight and outbound replacement freight. Replacement ships after the original unit is received and inspected (or as otherwise agreed in writing).

Freight & Installation Coordination (Transit Fee Option)

If a BotSwap is approved and the replacement unit is delivered as part of a scheduled on-site installation within AutoMow’s service area, outbound replacement freight may be converted to a transit/travel fee associated with the service visit. Final transit/travel fees are quoted based on location and scope. Freight adjustments do not apply to ship-to-customer swaps outside service areas.

What BotSwap Does Not Cover

BotSwap does not apply to dissatisfaction arising from misuse, environmental limitations, or failure to follow installation/setup guidance, or where performance concerns are primarily caused by site conditions outside the evaluated scope.
