THE FINE TUNING CLAUSE

You get a one-click product. Then it gets even better.

Day one is rock solid
We install your robot professionally, correctly, and with the greatest possible chance of success. The boundaries are locked in, the station is placed, and you’re left with a lawn that mows itself at the press of one button.

Most properties can get a little better with time
Small tweaks here and there are part of owning one. Sometimes you want to ride that edge and see how close you can get to the curb. Sometimes you can tighten a boundary even more than we did and shave the trimming down to one length of the weed whacker. Some properties have a quirk, and the answer is splitting a zone, adding a directional path, or adding a safe zone of vision off fence to overlap into a tough border.. Some of these can’t be tested in a reasonable amount of time by a tech standing in your yard. They show up over a week or two of mowing, and that’s exactly when they’re easy to fix.

Three ways a tweak happens

  • You try it. Your map is your playground. Play, play, play. Every menu comes with its own tutorial, and you can click all the way through to the last prompt without hitting save. Nothing you try is permanent and nothing is going to ruin it.
  • We do it over the phone. Most tweaks take a few minutes on a call with the BotBusters Hotline, you on the app, us talking you through it.
  • We show you in person. On installation day, or at a seasonal service, we’ll walk you through any edit you want to get right.

A little bravery goes a long way
The apps are easier than ever, with only five or six things you can really change. New technology can feel daunting, but keep pressing through the menus and you’ll find what you’re looking for without the risk of messing anything up. Maybe two or three fine tunings over the years, and your lawn keeps getting better.

Bots you bought somewhere else
On aftermarket and non-dealer installs, we fix the major problems, get the RTK placement right, and hand you a map that’s 99 percent there. Waiting on every edge would cost you more than it’s worth. You do the last one percent, and we guide you.
