These Dealer Terms govern all equipment sales, installation services, and related support provided by AutoMow LLC (“AutoMow”). By approving a quote, placing an order, or signing electronically, Customer agrees to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference (Shipping Policy; Refund & BotSwap Policy; Privacy Policy).
1. Scope
AutoMow is an authorized equipment dealer and service provider. AutoMow sells robotic mowing equipment and may provide installation, configuration, and support services as separately quoted. Equipment performance depends on property conditions, setup, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to acceptance and inventory availability. Pricing, deposits, and payment terms are as stated on the applicable quote or invoice.
Orders are not considered unshipped once fulfillment has begun or delivery/installation has been scheduled.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, methods, inspection requirements, title transfer, and risk of loss are governed by AutoMow’s Shipping Policy.
Customers must inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage within 48 hours as described in the applicable policy.
4. Returns, DOA & BotSwap
Cancellations, delivered returns, DOA/transit damage, and the AutoMow BotSwap Guarantee are governed by the Refund & BotSwap Policy.
BotSwap is an exchange-only dealer program and is not a general refund policy.
5. Installation & Service Terms
If installation or configuration services are purchased:
- Customer will provide safe site access, pets secured, gates unlocked, and required connectivity for mapping/testing.
- If AutoMow cannot complete work due to blocked access, unsafe conditions, or unready site, AutoMow may charge a trip fee, reschedule fee, or additional time.
- Installation services cover workmanship only and do not create a product warranty.
6. BotBusters Support & Escalation
AutoMow provides structured diagnostic support via phone, text, or other communication channels to assist with configuration, performance, and operational questions.
Participation in reasonable troubleshooting steps may be required prior to approval of exchange, warranty coordination, or on-site service.
Where remote troubleshooting is insufficient, AutoMow may recommend professional on-site service or installation, subject to availability and applicable service fees.
7. Manufacturer Pass-Through; No Dealer Product Warranty
Robotic equipment is manufactured by third parties and is subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, limitations, and product terms (including app/cloud terms and privacy practices).
Those manufacturer terms are incorporated by reference and apply to the equipment.
AutoMow is not the manufacturer and does not provide a separate product warranty. AutoMow’s only promises are those expressly stated in these Dealer Terms, the Refund & BotSwap Policy, or in any written workmanship warranty for installation services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoMow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or loss of use).
AutoMow’s total liability for any claim related to services or products sold by AutoMow will not exceed the amount paid to AutoMow for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the applicable AutoMow office servicing the transaction is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution of any dispute for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice.
If unresolved, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in AutoMow’s principal county of operation for the applicable transaction, unless otherwise required by law. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Nothing herein limits either party’s right to seek relief in small-claims court where eligible.
10. Electronic Acceptance
Customer agrees that checking an “I agree” box, clicking “Approve,” or signing electronically constitutes a valid signature and acceptance of these Dealer Terms. Customer consents to receive electronic records. AutoMow will store a record of acceptance.
11. Entire Agreement
These Dealer Terms, together with the incorporated policies referenced herein and any written quote or invoice issued by AutoMow, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior oral or written representations.
No modification shall be binding unless in writing and signed by AutoMow.
